Terence “T Man” Edwin Campbell 37 of Maxton transitioned into eternal rest on April 20, 2024. Survivors are: daughter: Gracie Campbell; brothers: Travis Campbell, Telly Campbell and Lavar Wright. Reverend McQueen will deliver the eulogy; burial will follow in McLeod Cemetery in Maxton NC.

Jacqueline Settles Davis 68 of Whiteville transitioned into eternal rest on April 11, 2024. Reverend Hardie Ballad will deliver the eulogy; burial will be private at a later date. Survivors are mother: Lena Mae Settles; daughters: Latasha Davis and Anthea Toon; brother: Darrell Settles; sisters: Daphne Kiser, Denise Dickens, Felicia Chapman, Tabatha Settles and two grandchildren.

Cierra R. Jacobs 32 of Pembroke, NC transitioned into eternal rest on April 11, 2024. Reverend Tom Scott will deliver the eulogy; burial will follow in Jacobs Cemetery: 264 Tiney Road, Rowland, NC. Survivors are mother: Linda Ann Jacobs, sons: Eric Andre Jacobs and Drelyn Steven Jacobs; brothers: Quenton Jacobs, Travis Jacobs and Glenn Jacobs.

Deaconess Louise Kelly Jackson 90 of Chadbourn transitioned into eternal rest on April 02, 2024. Elder Gore will be officiating, and Apostle Teresa McClelland will deliver the eulogy; burial will follow in Evergreen Cemetery in Evergreen, NC. Survivors are daughter: Vivian Hall; son: John Jackson Sr., two brothers, seven sisters, four grandchildren, a host of grandchildren and great great grandchildren.

Ellen Doreen Snowten 66 of Whiteville transitioned into eternal rest on April 1, 2024. Reverend T. Lance will deliver the eulogy; burial will follow in church cemetery. Survivors are husband: Billie Lee Snowten, daughter: Porsha Snowten, stepdaughter: April Abernathy, stepsons: Barion Snowten and Rodney Bullock, sister: Priscilla Richardson and two grandchildren.

Doris Patterson 92 of Whiteville, NC transitioned into eternal rest on March 30, 2024. Pastor McMillian will deliver the eulogy; burial will follow in George Cemetery in Whiteville. Survivors are: sons: Thurston Patterson, Gyon Patterson; sister: Mary Brown and six grandchildren.

Barry Linwood Leake 62 of Maxton transitioned into eternal rest on March 20, 2024. A Graveside Service will be held on April 6, 2024 at 12noon from New Holly United Methodist Church Cemetery; Judson Road, Dillon, SC. Burial will follow.

Christopher Russ 66 of Brooklyn, NY transitioned into eternal rest on March 18, 2024. A Graveside Service will be held on April 05, 2024 at 12noon from Campground Cemetery in Whiteville, NC. Elder McMillian will deliver the eulogy; burial will follow.
