Survivors are: Wife: JoAnne Sinclair Smith. Daughters: Yolanda Smith George and Jazmin Janay Smith. Son: Joshua Stacker Jr.; Mother: Frances Davis,one sister: Barbara Staten and 6 grandchildren.
Burial will be held on February 20, 2019 at 9:00 AM from the Post Chapel in the Arlington National Cemetery in Arlington, VA.
