Princess A'Laya Renee Howard of Maxton transitioned into eternal rest on March 12, 2020.

Reverend McQueen will deliver the eulogy burial will follow in the McLeod Cemetery in Maxton.

Survivors are: Father: Javon Malloy. Mother: Sharmaine Howard. Grandparents: Liza McBryde, Johnisha Leak, Monica Townsend (Edward) and Bayon Malloy. Brothers: Ave'on Jycir Howard, Dimitri Shaw Jr., and Nyri Smith. Sister: Paris Shaw.
