Barbara Ross-McNeil Obituary

Barbara Ann Ross-McNeil 56 of Raeford formerly of Lumber Bridge transitioned into eternal rest on October 10, 2023.

Pastor Terrence McCrimmon will deliver the eulogy; burial will follow in St. John Church Cemetery in Shannon, NC.

Survivors are: mother: Helen Baldwin Ross, husband: Sean McNeil Sr., son: Sean McNeil Jr., daughter: Shanita Wicker (Donnie), brother: CJ Ross Jr. (Felicia), and one grandchild Nolan.
