Charles Edward Alford Sr. 67 of New Jersey formerly of Maxton transitioned into eternal rest on April 12, 2021.

For the safety of you and others face coverings must be worn for the services.

A Graveside Service will be held on Thursday, April 22, 2021 at 1:00PM from Greater Piney Grove United Methodist Church Cemetery in Maxton; burial will follow. Reverend Gypsie Murdough will deliver the eulogy.

Survivors are: Wife: Diane Page Alford. Sons: Frazier Page, Darrell Alford and Charles Alford. Daughters: Kitonia Page Hammonds and Tamara Page. Brothers: Eli Alford, Levi Alford, John Alford, James Alford, Lorenzo Alford, Alexander Alford, Jerome Alford, Daren Alford and Roger Alford. Sisters: Reverend Josephine Sutton, Beulah Palmer, Martha Monroe, Deborah Addaii and Mary Alford. Grandchildren: 10. Great Grandchildren: 5.
