Charles Ray Conley

Charles Ray Conley:

Sunrise on August 10,1950 in Maxton, NC Sunset January 2, 2026 in Greensboro, NC

He was the son of Ada and Sylvester Conley of Maxton. He is survived by his brother Leonard of Greensboro and his son Askia of Cary, NC.  He also leave behind several nieces and nephews and a host of relatives and friends. Charles attended RB Dean school where he graduated in 1969 with honors. He went on to North Carolina Central University where he received a BS degree in Psychology with a BA degree in Art. He also received his PHD in Psychology from North Carolina Central.

He was employed with the Guilford County Department of Corrections as a clinical psychology.
