Clarence Graham Jr. "Toot" 56 of Hope Mills formerly of Leland transitioned into eternal rest on December 12, 2024.

His love and memories will remain in the hearts of his children, Antoine Graham (Tasheka) of Leland, Quinton Harrison of Leland, De Andre Graham (Kristiana) of Wilmington, LaTesha Harrison of Leland and Clarence C. Graham III of Maxton; mother, Catherine Graham of Leland; siblings, Annisa Munn (Kai) of Atlanta, GA, Christopher Graham (Crystal) and Melissa Cheathem (Brian) both of Leland, 16 grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
