Minister Shirley Mae McIntyre McDuffie 65 of Maxton transitioned into eternal rest on March 10, 2023.

A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, March 18, 2023 at 2:00PM from New Beginning Faith Ministry INC in Maxton. Reverend Denise Samuels will deliver the eulogy; burial will be private.

Survivors are: mother: Lavencie McIntyre, daughters: DaJi McDuffie, Tanyana McIntyre, Nicosha Graham and Ariel Ratcliff; son: Aaron Grasty; brothers: Hester McIntyre Jr., Julius McCallum and Bishop Michael Blue; sisters: Bobbie Jean McIntyre, Cynthia McIntyre, Loretta Jones, Sharon Nelson, two grandchildren and one great grandchildren.
