John Alford Obituary

John L. Alford 63 of Maxton transitioned into eternal rest on January 28, 2025.

Prophetess Vernell Galbreath will deliver the eulogy; burial will follow in Church Cemetery.

Survivors are: daughters: Jonetta Briggs Alford, Jiyana Harris, Kenyetta Foxworth, Keona Murray and Natoria Murray; sons: Dontrell Briggs Alford, Jah'Mone Alford and Kendrick Murray; brothers: Melvin Alford, Howard Alford and Tyrone Alford; sisters: Emma Morgan, Mary Poles, Ella Alford, Juanita Malloy, Belinda Alford and Prophetess Vernell Galbreath; six grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
The family will receive visitors starting tomorrow January 29, 2025 at 809 Tarboro Street Laurinburg, NC 28352
