A Graveside Service will be held on Monday April 12, 2021 at 1:00PM from Greater Piney Grove United Methodist Church Cemetery in Maxton; burial will follow.
Survivors are: Father: Tommy Jacobs, Sr. Daughters: Niesha DeVaughn and Keanna Wright. Brothers: Anthony Brown and Tommy Jacobs Jr. Grandchildren: 5.
