Theresa Lennon Goss Singletary 94 of Whiteville transitioned into eternal rest on January 26, 2022.

Dr. Timothy Lance will deliver the eulogy; burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Survivors are: daughters: Patricia Reed, Muriel Hall, Lillian Murray, Barbara Yates Lockamy, Alice Whitehead, Elaine Gillispe, Addie Mosley and Mary Wilson; sons: Troy Goss, Cornell Singletary, Wendell Singletary, Reginald Singletary, Rodney Singletary, Alexander Singletary, Danny K. Singletary and Byron Lennon; sister: Rose Lee Terry; thirty nine grandchildren, sixty great grandchildren and nineteen great great grandchildren.
