Wilbert Larnell "Luke" Lucas 64 of Tar Heel transitioned into eternal rest on June 10, 2018.

Reverend Fredrick Culbert is the pastor and will deliver the eulogy. Burial will follow in the Clark Cemetery in Tar Heel NC.

Survivors are: Sons: Brogdon L. Murphy, and Stepson: Rodriquez Lewis. Daughters: Sherena D. Lewis-Bussie, Tyaunka S. Murphy, and Stepdaughters: Antanya D'Kimberly Lewis, Quiana Sinclair and Kelly Lewis. Brothers: Ronald Lucas and Calvin Lucas. Sisters: Barbara Hogan and Marva Beazer; also 12 grandchildren.
