Survivors are wife: Claretha Mae Smith, daughters: Katrena Nicole Smith and Sabrena Ann Smith, brothers: Charles W. Smith and Willie James Smith, sisters: Ernestine Cobbs, Janet Smith, Patricia L. Smith, Tina Y. White, Antonette Hammonds and two grandchildren.
Burial will follow in Church Cemetery.
